Literally 'returning sweetness' - a prized aftertaste sensation where an initial bitterness or astringency in the mouth transforms into a lingering, cool sweetness in the throat. Most valued in pu-erh, rock oolongs, and high-quality Chinese teas. A strong, fast huigan is considered a hallmark of premium leaf material.
